    Political analyst Saad Muhammad al-Kaabi said that America will hold a dialogue with Iraq to ensure the survival of its forces on its lands and to oblige all governments to abide by the agreement that the current government will enter into with Washington .

    Al-Kaabi said, "America plans to change its policy in the region, by finding new allies and resolving the situation with Iran without removing its forces from Iraq, Syria and the Gulf ."

    He added, "The dialogue that will take place between the Iraqi and American governments is one goal, as Washington seeks to legitimize the survival of its forces, and to conclude a new agreement other than the presence agreement in order to combat terrorism ."

    And he stated that "America may not find an Iraqi government that agrees to remain like the current government, and therefore it plans in various ways to impose policies that enable its forces to strike any targets inside Iraq in which it finds a threat to it and its presence, as well as obligates all future governments to accept its agreement with the current government."
