Today, Sunday, the Federal Supreme Court announced the issuance of a decision ruling that an article related to the work of the provincial and district councils is unconstitutional.

"The Federal Supreme Court issued a decision on the lawsuit numbered 118 / Federal / 2019 on 5/2/2021, which concerns the provincial councils," a statement by the Federal Court media reported to Alsumaria News stated.

He added, "The court decided to rule that Article 14 / first of Law No. 10 of 2018 (Third Amendment Law of Governorates Not Organized in a Region No. 21 of 2008) is unconstitutional regarding the continuation of the work of provincial and district councils."
