Saleh added, "We salute the heart of the call at the moment of the most difficult challenge, and the liberation of the homeland from the defilement of terrorism has been achieved through the solidarity of Iraqis from the army, the crowd and the Peshmerga."

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, commented today, Sunday, on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the fatwa of the sufficient jihad to fight the terrorist gangs of ISIS.
Saleh said in a tweet via the Twitter platform, which was seen by Alsumaria News, "We remember with pride the call for sufficient jihad launched by the supreme authority, Sayyid Al-Sistani (may his shadow last)."
