In the exact opposite direction to what the reforms of the White Paper aim at, the percentage of the contribution of non-oil revenues from the total revenues until July 2021 decreased to only 8%, compared to 92% of oil revenues, while it was 11% of non-oil revenues compared to 89 percent of oil revenues in 2020! !
