revealed, on Monday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the details of the Council's decision to allocate three billion dinars to secure the delivery of pure water to the Karkh side from the capital, Baghdad.
And the secretariat stated in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that “the Council agreed to allocate the Ministry of Finance an amount of three billion dinars to the Baghdad Water Department belonging to the Baghdad Municipality from the emergency reserve for the fiscal year / 2021; to maintain the maintenance of the two generators specified by the Baghdad Municipality in one of its requests. In order to secure the delivery of pure water to the Karkh side, and part of the Rusafa side in the capital, Baghdad, based on the provisions of Article (5) of the Federal General Budget Law for the year 2021.
And she added: "The council's approval indicates that the Baghdad Municipality has coordinated with the Ministry of Planning to include a project to rehabilitate two generators in the Karkh water project within the investment budget of the Municipality of Baghdad. According to the approval, the Baghdad Municipality will contract with the German manufacturer (Siemens) in a single bid method (the only offer) to implement the project. Rehabilitation. Ended 29/h
