On Friday, the Coordinating Committee for Demonstrations and Sit-ins Rejecting the Election Results issued a new statement, calling for Al-Kazemi to be prosecuted.
The committee stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, "Our jealous Iraqi people, the demonstrating brothers and peaceful sit-ins on the Friday of Perseverance, what haunts the sleepers of the counterfeiters and the corrupt most is your cohesion and steadfastness, which you wrote with these letters of the light of blood that abolished the whole world, to the extent that it abolished the world's desires. Your entry into it, and you would meet bullets with patience, abuse with anticipation, mistreatment with seeking forgiveness, and provocation with cohesion.
The statement continued, “O you heroes who are steadfast on the curtains of truth, on Friday of Constancy..Here are the omens of victory, and the white thread of truth has begun to become clear from the black thread of fraud, and the attitudes of the rushers towards blessing the rigged election results, locally and globally, have begun to retreat and rely on the conviction of the irrefutable evidence of the manipulation that took place in confiscating that, the last of which is not your votes, The Judicial Committee on the inefficiency of the results acceleration devices in a case for one of your candidates who are undermining their right. The position of the Iraqi judiciary was honorable and courageous in restoring the right and restoring things to their rightful place, and the same was true of seven other candidates in different departments of the governorates of our beloved Iraq. He added, "We affirm our demands, which we wrote with the blood of our peaceful martyrs and wounded, for the necessity of bringing Al-Kazemi to trial, and those who issued the order to shoot at our bare chests and those who carried it out, a demand that does not accept bargaining and negotiation. The unbiased commission for elections to the courts to receive their just punishment in return for the great treason they committed against our people and the future of our generations. Otherwise, history will not be merciful, and the voices of the steadfast around the walls of the castle of those involved in (Khadra) will not be silent, when the repentance of those who will be repented will know who will be repented.
