, Thursday, The Electoral Commission confirmed that the judiciary had finished examining the appeals submitted to it tomorrow, and while it confirmed its acceptance of seven appeals out of 1,200, it revealed its content, the covered governorates, and how to implement the commission's decisions regarding them.
Imad Jamil Mohsen, a member of the media team of the Electoral Commission, said, "The judiciary will end the examination of the appeals tomorrow, and there are 7 appeals won by the appeals submitters out of a total of 1,200 appeals under the commission's decisions, and in the light of which the results of stations or centers will be cancelled."
He added, "Accepting the seven appeals may result in the benefit of the applicants or others, and canceling the results of stations and centers according to which it will probably affect the candidates with few differences."
He pointed out that "the seven appeals belong to candidates in Baghdad, Kirkuk, Babil, Nineveh and Erbil, and we cannot state the level of change taking place. Perhaps the results of the winners will remain the same and may change."
He stressed that "at the beginning of next week, the appeals will be considered in full by the Board of Commissioners in light of the decisions of the judiciary."
He stressed that "the approval of the judiciary on the last appeals and the completion of consideration of them by the Board of Commissioners means authorizing the Electoral Commission to announce the names of the winners and then submit them to the Federal Court for final approval." Ended 29 / h
