[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the State of Kuwait Al-Manhal Al-Safi met with the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah in his office at Bayan Palace.
A Foreign Ministry statement said that at the beginning of the meeting, Al-Safi congratulated Sheikh Muhammad Al-Sabah on the occasion of winning the trust of Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and assuming the position of Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs.
During the meeting, a number of bilateral issues and topics of interest to the two brotherly countries and ways to intensify efforts to develop and strengthen bilateral relations were also discussed.
For his part, Sheikh Muhammad Al-Sabah praised the recent elections, wishing Iraq success and prosperity./End of 9[/rtl]
