    {Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Migration and Displacement revealed, today, Saturday, the number of Iraqi immigrants whose applications are accepted in Germany.
    The Undersecretary of the Ministry, Karim Al-Nouri, said in a statement to {Euphrates News} that "the Diwani Committee formed under Resolution 373, related to the follow-up of Iraqi affairs in Belarus and the European Union, was held with the participation of the Ministry of State and the formation of a delegation from the Ministry of Interior, Foreign Affairs and Immigration."
    He added: "The file of the Iraqis in Germany whose asylum requests were rejected, and it was agreed on voluntary return and non-imposition of forced return, as well as a set of understandings."
    He pointed out that "Germany insists on rejecting the applications of those who did not meet the immigration requirements," noting that "the number of Iraqi immigrants and their applications accepted in Germany has reached more than 250 thousand Iraqis."
