    {Umniah: Al Furat News} The Presidency of the Republic stressed the need to consolidate the national ranks and maintain social peace.
    And a statement of it received by {Euphrates News} a copy of it stated: “On the second anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory, the deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Haj Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and the great Iranian leader, Hajj Qassem Soleimani, we remember with honor the brave stand of the two heroes and their response in difficult circumstances and since the first hours The most monstrous attack embodied by ISIS with its malicious plans, they sacrificed their precious soul to protect the holy land from the desecration of the dark terrorists.
    He added, "The Iraqis, with their firm will and the valor of the armed forces from the army, police, the popular crowd, the Peshmerga, and the fight against terrorism, and with the fatwa of sufficient jihad by the supreme reference, Grand Ayatollah His Eminence Sayyid Ali al-Sistani (may his shadow be long), and with the support and backing of neighbors, friends and the international coalition, broke the thorn of terrorism and defeated the ISIS and protecting the region and the world from its evils.
    The statement indicated that, "Today, on the cusp of the meeting of the new Parliament and the formation of a new government, we stress the need to unite the national ranks and unite in order to preserve community peace and cut the way for the remnants of terrorism to tamper with our security and stability, in fulfillment of the blood that was shed in order to protect the country, its sovereignty and dignity. Continuing the path of reform and consolidating the foundations of good governance and consolidating the authority of the state with full sovereignty, for an independent, stable, secure and sovereign Iraq represents the interest of the Iraqis, and the entire region that has been exhausted by conflicts.
    And she indicated that "the peoples and countries of the region are still facing great common challenges, which require working to defuse the existing crises, prevent escalation, reduce tensions and triumph over the language of dialogue and convergence, and move towards frameworks of cooperation that prevail in trust and take into account the common interests of the peoples of the region who have suffered from the scourge of wars and conflicts for decades." And it is time for it to end, may God have mercy on the martyrs of Iraq, and our condolences to the Iraqi people and to the Iranian people on the anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory.”
