    Abdul Latif said; For the (Unannounced) program broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel tonight: “In the absence of the Council of Reconstruction as a body that needs to enact a law, and the inclusion of parliament is still recent, and as an attempt to walk the reconstruction process, the idea of ​​establishing the Higher Committee for Reconstruction and Services was to follow up on some projects.”
    He added, "The relationship between the Ministerial Council is services headed by the Minister of Construction and Housing, and we are trying to find projects and overturn them on the track of implementation and completion," declaring "finding solutions for 46 projects and facilitating work in legal disputes between the representative and the relevant party. We now have some strategic projects and they will be handed over to the sectoral authorities for the purpose of implementation." .
     Abdul Latif continued, 
    He explained, "The government's Supreme Committee includes in its membership about 11 deputy ministers and representatives of the service ministries, and corruption is part of the problems that we suffer in all the joints and projects of the state; ".
    Abdul Latif pointed out that "very large projects have lagged behind, and now there is a tendency to solve the obstacles, and the committee does not interfere with investment projects, but only in the government, where the committee was able to solve the dilemma of the Diwaniyah Governorate sewage project, which has been lagging for more than 15 years, which was referred at the time to a government agency, as well as the sewage project in Salah." The debt and some housing projects in Babylon and Baghdad, we contributed by pushing them to work, and we were also able to develop some solutions for the electricity sector regarding the issue of distribution, cuts, and the establishment of stations.”    
    He stressed, "The priority is for projects that touch the lives of citizens, the committee has solved some problems of low-cost housing projects, and the Dari project aims to provide half a million serviced residential plots, and it was officially announced that 85,000 of them were distributed to the beneficiaries and the Central Bank's initiative with construction loans.

     With regard to the role of the Higher Committee for Reconstruction in German and Turkish hospitals in Baghdad and the provinces, Abdul Latif explained, "The former Minister of Health and the provinces were hosted, and their problems were raised in this area, and we were able to find solutions for most hospitals, and now a number of them have been opened, and the problem of the hospital in Holy Karbala was technically, and it was resolved and most The lagging hospitals have completed their work.”
    Abdul Latif commented on the development of the entrances to Baghdad, saying, "Baghdad is surrounded by more than 5 provinces, and he took a decision to develop 5 entrances in them, including services and controls, and they were included in the 20201 budget, two of which were signed, and the Baghdad governorate will officially sign the contract for the rest of the entrances within days." 
    He added, "The government has provided decorations for projects, and now we have started up to 50 service projects, and next week we will complete another 250 service projects in Mosul and Sinjar," adding, "Mosul will witness a major reconstruction campaign in its areas."
    Abdul Latif concluded, "The Al-Faw port project is due to be implemented by the Ministry of Transport, and it continues to work and we are not concerned with the matter. As for the railway connection, there are continuous meetings between Iraq and Iran, and the government considers it a project of great importance to develop the country's economy, and 2022 will be the year of projects and services."
