    Earth News/ Member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mahmoud Khoshnaw, revealed today, Saturday, his party's vision regarding the formation of the next government, while stressing that there is no harm in the occurrence of consensus within the three components to ensure the safety of the Iraqi state.
    Khoshnaw said in an interview with Earth News, "The National Union has great understandings with the coordination framework, and our opinion was and still is that the rapprochement between the framework and the current according to one common vision guarantees the political process in Iraq as a whole," stressing that "what matters to the Shiite political component concerns us."
    Khoshnaw added that "stability within the Shiite component will ensure political stability, as is the case in the Kurdish and Sunni components," noting that "there is no harm in having a Kurdish-Kurdish, Sunni-Sunni, Shiite-Shiite consensus that guarantees the integrity of the entire Iraqi state."
    Khoshnaw indicated that "there are more positive steps to form the government, elect the president of the republic, and provide them with the political parliamentary cover to implement the goals of the early elections," stressing the importance of "confronting the challenges of the economic situation, confronting corruption, building the state, and the reform project, and overcoming regional and international crises that negatively affect the country."
    Khoshnaw continued, "These steps cannot be achieved without the political house reconciling, and this does not happen without starting the largest political component from which the prime minister's candidate emerges," noting that "the healing of the framework and the current in one national project in one bloc will speed up the process of forming the government and electing the president." Hence, the positive results are proceeding.”
    Khoshnaw pointed out that "the Union bet on the Kurdish-Kurdish consensus, but the Democratic Party does not want that and chose this method, and we cannot impose their views on them," explaining that "the Union made great efforts for a reconciliation in the Kurdish house, but the Democratic Party does not want that."
    Khoshnaw explained that "the framework and the current must bring the views closer to achieve consensus, and our doors are open to the Democratic Party to support the Union's candidate for the post of President of the Republic," stressing that "the National Union does not want the President of Iraq to conspire against the orders of his party."
