Shafaq News/ The Agricultural Cooperative Bank announced, on Tuesday, the terms of lending for individuals.
A statement by the bank stated that the conditions include that the loan applicant be of Iraqi nationality, and has reached the age of eighteen or above, provided that his age does not exceed what is specified in the insurance policies.
He pointed out that the terms and conditions for providing loans to private sector companies require the submission of the certificate of incorporation and the company's articles of incorporation attestation by the Companies Registration Department, and the submission of final accounts for the last two years approved by the Accountants and Auditors Syndicate.
He also added that the general provisions for individual lending require the applicant to be fully qualified, submit identification documents, and open a current account or an electronic payment card account, adding, "A lending contract is concluded between the branch management and the borrower, with the exception of the loans of employees of the domiciled state departments whose salaries are with the bank that The application is within the electronic program.
