Hopefully the Military and the Political leaders can find and show a trust in each other for the next 20-30 years while both sides support the emerging democracy and the change of power from election to election. Seems like it would be very easy for the Military leaders to grab power during a transition, just as it is for the Political leaders to not step down. It will take years of trust and cooperation for both sides to have each others back until all the rough spots are worked through and the system of change is firmly established.
