The deputy of the State of Law coalition, Durgham Al-Maliki, revealed, on Friday, legal and constitutional violations for which the current government is responsible.
Al-Maliki stated in an exclusive interview with the agency (Mawazine News), that in the absence of the approval of the budget law and the rise in oil prices, there are a number of constitutional and legal violations of the current government, the most prominent of which is giving advances and unconditional loans, with exceptions from Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi.
Al-Maliki said that these loans are worth millions of dollars, and that he does not like the existence of other secrets, as well as the existence of projects entitled to create or rehabilitate the disposal of millions of dollars.
However, al-Maliki said, that there is control over the Trade and Central Bank of Iraq by decisions, as well as the disbursement of money to irresponsible parties. Ended 29/R77
