A judicial source said that the decision on the case against the caretaker prime minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and Oil Minister, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar, about assigning the latter the tasks of heading the National Oil Company, has been postponed.
The source said that the Federal Court postponed the decision on the complaint to 19-7-2022, after the minister's client requested that for the purpose of answering the list of complaints.
The complaint was filed by MP Mustafa Sanad and MP Basem Khashan.
