    [size=45]The Minister of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Awat Sheikh Janab, announced, in his speech on the occasion of the three-year anniversary of the formation of the ninth ministerial cabinet, that “the ministry was able to return 95 billion dinars to the treasury by combating the waste of public wealth, in addition to liberalizing trade and ending monopoly to significantly, as well as an increase in customs revenues from 956 billion to 1691 trillion dinars.[/size]
    [size=45]The Minister of Finance said, "The ministry worked during the last period to return significant revenues, in addition to participating in delegations sent to Baghdad, agreeing on the region's budget and fixing the Kurdistan Region's share in the federal budget."     [size=45]He added, "We have adopted the electronic system in pension transactions as of June 23, 2022 in Erbil, Dohuk and Sulaymaniyah, and ending paperwork, and he also talked about" establishing a national bank with a capital of 200 billion dinars, to be a branch of the Central Bank of Iraq in the Kurdistan Region, in order to restore confidence. the region’s banks and benefit from all the services of the Central Bank of Iraq,” and stressed the implementation of the decision to reduce professional advances by 15% by the Council of Ministers, and to obtain 373 billion dinars from real estate, agricultural, industrial and tourism loans, in addition to obtaining several billion dinars in the field of commercial loans by restoring and selling mortgages.[/size]
