"
He added that "with the three independents Almatlvin mass are all from Sheikh Ahmed Al Sulaiti, Salman al-Tamimi, Amin al-Mansouri."
Pointing out that "a coalition of state law in Basra Council will attend all meetings of the Council, and without exception."
