    [size=45]The retirees were surprised that the payroll offices deducted four times the withdrawal commission from their salaries for the current month, while they had received text messages from Al-Rasheed Bank informing them of reducing the commission from 6,000 to 3,000 dinars only, at a time when a legal expert confirmed that the beneficiaries were not a party to the contract. With prepaid companies, exceeding the deduction rates for what is permitted is a crime punishable by law. The owners of the exchange offices justify this process by saying that the bank has introduced what they call (super) salary disbursement, which allows the salary to be withdrawn completely, if it is more than two million dinars, in exchange for a commission of 12 thousand dinars, four times the commission that the office was receiving from every retiree. The retirees demanded that (the inspection department of Al-Rasheed Bank roam between the exchange offices to verify the credibility of the justification and to ensure the integrity of the salary disbursement process without taking undue commissions). The offices were receiving three thousand dinars at each pension salary, then they deducted six thousand dinars last month, at a time when they acquired 12 thousand dinars from retirees whose salaries exceed two million dinars. The retirees also received text messages from Al-Rasheed Bank confirming that the palm devices do not charge More than three thousand dinars, and office owners ignore this notice. And the text messages received by the retirees through their mobile phones stipulate that (in consideration of the health conditions of the retirees and to avoid crowds, Al-Rasheed Bank decided to extend the validity of their cards for an additional three years at a cost of 8,000 dinars only). Billions and 200 million dinars from the salaries of retirees this month. It is the largest extortion process in history to which retirees of a country in the world are subjected in exchange for a routine service that was not in their imagination, or the commission of which was agreed upon after transferring salaries from a manual process to an electronic one.[/size]
