    The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that the next stage will focus on construction and reconstruction.
    The media office of the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives said in a statement that "the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received today in his office the Russian Ambassador to Iraq Elbrus Kutrashev and his accompanying delegation."
    According to the statement, Al-Mandalawi pointed to "the depth of Iraqi-Russian relations, and Iraq's desire to strengthen the bonds of cooperation to serve the interests of the two friendly countries," pointing out "to benefit from bilateral agreements and understandings in the fields (security, energy, investments, trade and culture)."
