    The Council of Ministers, in its session held today, Tuesday, issued several decisions.
    The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement, "The Council discussed the topics on the agenda, and based on Article (20 / Item IV) of the amended internal system of the Council of Ministers (2 of 2019). The Cabinet approved the following:
    First - The Ministerial Council for Economy is composed Persons:
    1- Deputy Prime Minister / Minister of Foreign Affairs / Chairman
    2- Deputy Prime Minister / Minister of Planning / member
    3- Minister of Finance / member
    4- Minister of Commerce / member
    5- Minister of Agriculture / member
    6- Minister of Labor and Social Affairs/member
    7- Minister of Industry and Minerals/member
    8- Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers/member.
    9- Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq / Member.
    10- Chairman of the National Investment Commission/member.
    11- Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister/member.
    12- Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister / Member.
    13- Secretary of the Council.

    Second: The Ministerial Council for Energy is composed of:
    1- Deputy Prime Minister / Minister of Oil / Chairman.
    2- Minister of Finance / member.
    3- Minister of Water Resources / Member.
    4- Minister of Electricity / member.
    5- Head of the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers/member.
    6- Director General of the Cabinet Affairs and Committees Department/General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers/Secretary to the Council.

    Third: The Ministerial Council for Social Services is composed of:
    1- Deputy Prime Minister / Minister of Planning / Chairman.
    2- Minister of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works / Member.
    3- Minister of Health / member.
    4- Minister of Justice / member.
    5- Minister of Transport / member.
    6- Minister of Immigration and Displacement / Member.
    7- Minister of Environment / Member.
    8- Chairman of the Advisory Board/member.
    9- Secretary of the Council.

    Fourth: The Ministerial Council for Human Development shall consist of:
    1- The Minister of Health / Chairman.
    2 - Minister of Education / member
    3 - Minister of Labor and Social Affairs / member.
    4- Minister of Culture / member.
    5- Minister of Youth and Sports / Member.
    6- Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Member.
    7- Minister of Communications / member.
    8- Adviser to the Prime Minister for Strategic Affairs / Member.
    9- A member of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers/ Cabinet Affairs and Committees Department/ Secretary of the Council.

    After the Council of Ministers discussed other topics on its agenda, it issued the following decisions, according to the statement:

    First / Approval of the draft law on the first amendment to the Law No. Provisions of Articles (61/First, and 80/Secondly) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers confirmed by its memorandum No. March 30, 2021, and the remarks of some members of the Council of Ministers during the meeting session, which were confirmed by the Head of the Legal Department of the Council of Ministers.

    Second/ Endorsing the recommendation of the Border Ports Authority regarding the official opening of the Kirkuk International Port, and the creation of the Kirkuk International Airport Port Directorate, according to what was stated in the Border Ports Authority letter No. (4964 on March 17, 2022).

    Third / Approval of withdrawing the recommendation from the House of Representatives regarding the appointment of Mr. Raed Johi Hammadi Al-Saadi as Director of the Office of the Prime Minister and the termination of his assignment, and the cancellation of the Council of Ministers decision (23 of 2020).

    Fourth / Recommending to the House of Representatives the appointment of (Ihsan Yassin Shaker Hussein Al-Awadi) as Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, based on the provisions of Article (80 / Item V) of the Constitution, and assigning him to the aforementioned position until his appointment as Asala.

    Fifth /
    1 - Cancellation of the financial allocation of (70) billion dinars, which was allocated to the office of the Prime Minister in accordance with Cabinet Resolution (226 of 2022), and the said amount is allocated to the Ministry of Interior.

    2- An amount of (70) billion dinars is allocated from the total state expenditure from the Ministry of Interior for the purposes of carrying out the tasks of the service and engineering effort team, and for preparing schools that suffer from a severe shortage with school trips.
