, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, on Thursday assigned Wissam Aslan to run the affairs of Babil Governorate.
A statement by Aslan's office, which Mawazine News received a copy of, stated, "The Prime Minister assigned Wissam Aslan al-Jubouri to run the province's affairs."
Earlier, the Council of Ministers issued a decision to cancel all diwaniya orders issued by the caretaker government to appoint governors and special grades.
