The Supreme Judicial Council held its fifteenth session, which was held at eight o’clock in the morning on Sunday, corresponding to 11/27/2022 , headed by the President of the Federal Court of Cassation, Judge Dr. Faeq Zaidan, during which:
1. Emphasis on exerting maximum efforts in combating drug crimes and following up the competent authorities to implement the decision of the Council The Supreme Court shall destroy the seized narcotics as soon as possible.
2. The Council approved the promotion of a number of judges and members of the Public Prosecution Office and the granting of judicial positions that require approval of formations in some presidencies of appeal, according to the proposal submitted by the Presidency of Appeal. The transfer and assignment of a number of judges and members of the Public Prosecution office was also approved based on the requirements of the public interest.
