The Federal Integrity Commission reported, on Monday, that a recruitment order had been issued against the adviser to the Ministry of Oil. An accusation related to intentionally causing damage to the funds and interests of the entity in which he works.
A statement by the Commission’s Investigation Department stated, “The Rusafa Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, decided to bring in the Ministry of Oil’s advisor for marketing and strategies affairs at the ministry’s center, regarding the issue of the delay in loading the crude oil exported by the Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).
A statement by the Commission’s Investigation Department stated, “The Rusafa Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, decided to bring in the Ministry of Oil’s advisor for marketing and strategies affairs at the ministry’s center, regarding the issue of the delay in loading the crude oil exported by the Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).
She added, "As a result, the company paid a financial delay fine to the contracting companies, due to the delay in the process of loading crude oil from export ports between 2016 and 2017."
And she explained, "The Rusafa Investigation Court, which is specialized in cases of integrity, issued a recruitment order against the accused, in accordance with the provisions of Article (340) of the amended Penal Code No. (111 of 1969)."
