BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Said law expert Tariq Harb said Fuad Masum, the President of the Republic will be able to extend the duration of the assignment, even for one hour after the end of the constitutional period.
He said the war told ((eighth day)) that the president will not be able to extend the period of commissioning and this is what the Constitution and the law that the commissioning period is only one month and can not be extended.
He added that in the event of war the government's refusal in Parliament or not displayed before the end of the constitutional period, the President of the Republic commissioned any right of personal choice without being subject to any standards or laws.
