A judicial complaint against the President of the Republic for his assignment of Zarfi

The representative of the "Sadikon" parliamentary bloc Hassan Salem announced that he submitted a complaint to the Federal Court regarding what he described as a constitutional breach by President [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/71341/%D8%A8%D8%B1%D9%87%D9%85 %D8%B5%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD]Barham Salih, who[/url] assigned him Adnan Al-Zarfi to form a government.
Salem said in a televised statement: "We filed a complaint with the Federal Court with the violations of the President of the Republic, especially since it is not the first time that the President of the Republic has violated the constitution and does not listen to the largest bloc."
He added: "The President of the Republic assigned a polemical figure to form the government and did not observe the constitution and the largest parliamentary blocs in Parliament, and this is against the constitution."
