    The Federal Public Service Council announced, on Saturday, that there is a surplus in job grades for the first and holders of higher degrees, while determining their fate and the mechanism for their distribution to state departments and ministries. 
    The Director of Media and Public Relations at the Federal Public Service Council, Spectra Issa Naeem, said in a statement to the official news agency, that "the council is now working in the special grades for those covered by Laws 59 and 67 of the first and holders of higher degrees included in the Food Security Law, according to the recommendations of the Diwani Order Committee 35." 
    She added, "The council launched an objection form from 12/27 to 1/17, for the rejected names for the purpose of amending the wrong data, and all the data was modified during the specified period," pointing out, "The total number of applicants amounted to 43 thousand degrees, and the new degrees were It reached 73 thousand, with more than 30 thousand excess degrees. 
    She pointed out that "the people who had errors in the data are estimated at 600 names, of which 400 names were amended," explaining that "the door to objection has been closed and now all objections are being considered." 
    And she pointed out that "the people whose forms were accepted will be distributed in two ways, the first is called (ruling grades), where work began with the first meal, which is specific to the doctorate, as all holders of higher degrees were included among the holders of doctorates in the Ministry of Education, given that the Ministry of Education is one of the most ministries There is a need for the first and holders of degrees by 30,000 degrees, while the number of applicants was less in number, so all doctoral graduates were included in the Ministry of Education. 
    And she noted, "The remaining grades will be distributed according to the method (ruling grades) for each ministry with a specific specialization, while the rest of the grades will be distributed according to the lottery." 
    And regarding the surplus grades, Naeem confirmed, “The council submitted a letter to the Prime Minister to obtain approval to rotate the grades again after opening the door for updates for those who had errors in the data or job intersection,” pointing out that “in the event of approval from the Prime Minister’s office after the update process.” There will be an opening of a form for those categories. 
    And about the appointments of the first, Naim indicated that "the degrees of the first and certificate holders who are included in the food security law do not have a differentiation, as every person who did not appear to have a functional intersection (and his code is effective) has a degree created by the Ministry of Finance," indicating, "All Names of certificate holders accepted.
    Regarding the new grades, I indicated that "the issue depends on approving the budget and what the ministries need in terms of new grades, and in light of what is received, the number will be determined, and at that time it is possible to open appointments in the event that there are new grades."
