    1- The Iraqi delegation is supposed to address the failures of the agreement that (Kazemi) concluded with the US Federal Bank two years ago. The American in order to obtain political support for him to stay in power.
    2- The current government is forced during this period to address the failures of the (Kazemi government), especially with regard to the fiscal and monetary policy and the economic vision that were included in the (white paper), which is, in fact, a (black paper), which are all a package of measures that were passed in a deceptive manner under the umbrella of (The World Bank) is notorious and reputable.
    3- One of the delegation's efforts should be to liquidate the legacy of the (Iraq1 + Iraq2) account within the US Federal Reserve, after the justifications related to opening these accounts, on top of which (paying compensation for the invasion of Kuwait) ended, according to the decisions of the UN Security Council.
    4- The stage of limiting Iraqi funds to one currency, the dollar, should be completed, and the stage of limiting Iraqi financial imports to accounts in US banks should be completed.
    5- The situation of Iraq within the SWIFT system, with regard to money laundering and smuggling, must be corrected, in terms of the need for Iraq to adhere to all security decisions in this regard in accordance with the decisions to combat terrorism and organized crime without political requirements that intersect with the sovereignty of Iraq, because Iraq has the right to dispose of its money according to the terms international law.
    6- Emphasizing the principle of (Iraq's sovereignty) in all its political and economic affairs, provided that it is a non-negotiable topic with any international party, including the United States, because it is axiomatic.
    7- It is almost very necessary to track and follow up (money smuggling) out of Iraq, specifically in Gulf banks, which happened during the period of the (Kazemi) government and the presidency (Barham Salih), because it is certainly money that contradicts the laws of enrichment and illegal gain.
    8- It is necessary to start a new phase in which the Iraqi financial reserves are deposited in the three main Iraqi banks (Al-Rafidain + Al-Rasheed + Al-Tijari).
    9- Iraq is a country in which a people whose number exceeds 40 million people live, and therefore it is not just a (commercial market) that is not subject to standards or economic theories, and from here it is the right of the Iraqi state with all its authorities to set rules for clean investment and limit unbridled privatization and reactivate parental responsibility to the state.
    10- The dinar is the Iraqi national currency, and it expresses the country's identity in terms of religious, cultural and civilizational terms. Therefore, the dinar must be supported in order for it to have a presence within the global currency basket and to have value against all currencies, regardless of the dollar exchange rate.
