The "Iraq Future" Foundation revealed the size of profits for a group of private Iraqi banks during the year 2022.

The institution said in its report entitled “Analysis of Financial Data for a Group of Private Iraqi Banks in 2022,” which includes 5 major banks from all commercial and Islamic banks, and was followed by “NAS” (February 15, 2023), that “the banks referred to below achieved annual profits amounting to 140 billion Iraqi dinars, with a growth rate of 43%.
