[rtl]Basra / NINA /- The representative of the Basra Rights Movement, Nadia Muhammad Al-Aboudi, confirmed that she will not vote on the budget if it is devoid of a number of paragraphs.

She said, "The Basra governorate is considered the second most important governorate in Iraq, because it is the artery of Iraq in terms of oil and food wealth, as well as in terms of economy. Basra is Iraq's only port and its main sea outlet on the Arabian Gulf, indicating that the time has come for its financial entitlements in the next budget to be as much as it gives to Iraq.” Pointing out that this "should be the position of all the representatives of Basra."/ End[/rtl]
