Iraq welcomed the Saudi-Syrian joint statement, affirming its readiness to cooperate in order to end the crises in the region.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that it "expresses its welcome to the joint Syrian-Saudi statement, which was issued at the end of the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Faisal Al-Miqdad, to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia yesterday.”
She added, "Iraq looks forward to the efforts of the two countries to contribute to strengthening solidarity and solidarity between them, in a way that serves the march of Arab action."
