    The Cabinet agreed Tuesday to liquidate the debt of the Republic of Egypt Arabic.

    The
    Council statement said each agency receives Iraq [in] that "the Council
    held regular meeting day in Baghdad, headed by Prime Minister Nuri
    al-Maliki and issued several decisions and the Board is to approve the
    liquidation of civilian and military debt to the Egyptian side in
    accordance with Paris Club agreement on Iraq and social security dues of
    Egyptian workers in Iraq after perusing the documents submitted to the
    Iraqi Government."

    "Authorization approved Foreign Minister
    authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the privileges and
    immunities of the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons
    between the Republic of Iraq and the Organization for the prohibition of
    chemical weapons, as amended by the State Council, based on article
    [80/item VI] of the Constitution, with the Foreign Ministry to prepare
    the necessary authorization document on behalf of the Government of the
    Republic of Iraq to Foreign Minister in accordance with the approved
    contexts and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of
    Ministers to get signed by the President of the Council of Ministers".

    "The
    national strategy was adopted to combat violence against women in Iraq
    [2013-2017] provided by the Office of the State Minister for women's
    Affairs,It also approved the adoption of the recommendations of the
    Commission on the follow-up to and implementation of the development of
    international law on the allocation of 1 billion Iraqi dinars for the
    development of the Centre to be added to the budget of the Ministry of
    Foreign Affairs for the years 2013 and 2014 of the emergency reserve
    after the enactment of the federal budget for fiscal year 2013 to ensure
    the inclusion of the proposal to establish a centre within the
    proposals of the Republic of Iraq being the current President of the
    Arabic Summit the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to
    secure a qualified and suitable building to house the Center in
    coordination with the Ministry of finance/real estate.

    Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Monday that the Iraqi Government will quit the Egyptian debt file.

    Al-Maliki
    said during a press conference with his Egyptian counterpart Hisham
    Underwood, who arrived in Baghdad today, in response to a reporter's
    question in "we will begin the day by Ministers concerned from both
    sides, to resolve this issue through the establishment of legal
    safeguards, because we need to close all outstanding issues between the
    two countries to launch cooperation in the process of construction and
    reconstruction.
