    Persuaded
    by the Egyptian Ministry of trade and industry to replace her debt to
    Iraq, including [yellow transfer] amounts of crude oil.

    Spokesman
    of the Ministry of trade and industry Egyptian Ibrahim Nawar in the
    press, "agreed that Iraqi oil exports to Egypt, and there may be
    agreement on oil in exchange for their debt, but that issue is not yet
    clear."

    Iraq has agreed to provide Egypt with four million
    barrels of crude oil per month, Egypt requested the pipeline from Iraq
    to Jordan and then to Egypt for Iraqi oil refinery in Egypt, and the
    value of establishing this line by officials of the Egyptian Government
    to nearly $ 17 billion.

    This will provide some 4,000 tons of oil
    to fill part of the gap between the production of Egypt's 22 thousand
    tons per day, and consume up to 35,000 tons.

    May described the
    visit of an Egyptian delegation headed by Prime Minister Hisham Kandil
    and six Ministers to Iraq, which is the highest level in decades "is
    successful and has achieved all the targets",

    stating that
    "increased trade cooperation and the formation of the Council of the two
    countries will play a powerful role in creating a network of common
    interests, so as not to be affected by the political tensions and
    economic relations".

    With regard to financial receivables to the
    Iraqi Government for the Egyptian side, said trade Ministry spokesman
    said "there are military debts and debts to Egyptians who worked in
    Iraq, and their benefits,

    and there are disagreements on the
    origin of religion, and agree on a mechanism for the settlement of the
    remaining problems concerning the benefits of that debt and there is
    complete understanding between the parties."

    The total foreign
    debt in Iraq $ 1.7 billion, including $ 408 million the value of
    remittances of Egyptians working in yellow Iraq and 236 million dollars
    in debts and $ 524 million in military debt, plus benefits of
    remittances by yellow mttkhsson approximately $ 540 million.

    And
    the Iraqi Government dismissed in March of 2011 for Egyptian workers
    about $ 408 million of arrears value since 1990, and contributed to the
    support of the country's foreign exchange reserves after that time it
    was agreed to exchange those amounts in local currency.

    An
    Egyptian ministerial delegation and businessmen to head Egyptian Prime
    Minister Hisham Underwood arrived in Baghdad on an official two-day
    visit ended today, during which he signed a number of trade and economic
    agreements..
