[rtl]The Ishraqa Canon parliamentary bloc revealed that (99) deputies in the House of Representatives signed a request to the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, in which they demanded that an extraordinary session be held to discuss the issue of water reserves and water entering Iraq at a rate of (30) percent of its actual entitlement without a “response” from the Presidency of the House of Representatives. .[/rtl]
[rtl]The bloc stressed the seriousness of the shortage in water quotas in some central and southern provinces, due to the lack of water revenues coming from the Turkish Republic, and the cutting off of water sources coming from the Islamic Republic of Iran
. On our request to hold an emergency session to discuss the scarcity of water and water storage, 30 percent of its actual entitlement, and the decrease in water quotas since February 2023, and until today, while it is in the office of the Speaker of Parliament without moving a finger.[/rtl]
