    [size=45]Prime Minister Mohamed Shiaa Al-Sudani signed 11 memorandums of understanding with his Egyptian counterpart, Mustafa Madbouly, stressing that Iraq is witnessing today a state of political, economic and societal stability.[/size]
    [size=45]The media office of the Prime Minister announced the details of the memoranda of understanding signed between Iraq and Egypt.[/size]
    [size=45]The media office of the Prime Minister said, in a statement received by (Al-Mada), that “the work of the Joint Higher Committee between Iraq and the Arab Republic of Egypt began in Cairo, yesterday, Tuesday, when Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani headed the Iraqi delegation to the session, while the Egyptian side was headed by the Prime Minister.” Mr. Mustafa Madbouly.” The statement added, "The meeting witnessed discussing bilateral relations between the two countries, discussing a number of common issues and files, and emphasizing the development of bilateral cooperation between Iraq and Egypt in various fields." He referred to "reviewing the work of the joint coordinating and executive committees, and discussing their results regarding a number of memorandums of mutual understanding ready for signing." The statement indicated that “the Prime Minister and the Egyptian Prime Minister signed the main minutes of the meeting, and they also sponsored the signing ceremonies of 11 memorandums of mutual understanding in a number of fields and sectors.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement also mentioned the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Commerce and the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry for cooperation in the field of accession to the World Trade Organization. He stated, "The signing of a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the fields of diplomatic training and exchange of experiences between the Institute of Foreign Service at the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Institute of Diplomatic Studies at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs."[/size]
    [size=45]The statement noted, "The signing of a memorandum of understanding in the field of administration, public office and civil service between the Iraqi Federal Service Council and the Egyptian Central Agency for Organization and Administration." He pointed out, "The signing of a memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism, and in the field of exchanging experiences between the Ministry of Planning and the Egyptian Ministry of International Cooperation, and a memorandum of understanding in the field of cooperation between the Ministry of Planning and the National Planning Institute in Egypt." The statement referred to the signing of a memorandum of understanding in the field of work between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Egyptian Ministry of Labor, and another memorandum on joint cooperation between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Egyptian Ministry of Social Solidarity. The statement went on to sign two memorandums of understanding in the fields of youth and sports between the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports. Al-Sudani promised, during a press conference with Mabduli, that "the memorandums of understanding are a roadmap for the relationship between the governments of Iraq and Egypt for the next stage."[/size]
    [size=45]He pointed out, "Iraq is witnessing today a state of political, economic and societal stability, and it has regained its pioneering role in the region and is an essential part of the solution, and offers initiatives, solutions, and political and economic opportunities that benefit the countries of the region and the world." Al-Sawadni pointed out, "Our strategic relationship with Egypt will enhance this role, and we do not forget the tripartite cooperation that brings us together with Jordan." And he stressed, "The most important thing is that the signing of memorandums of understanding is their entry into force," noting that "our government is adopting an economic reform approach, which opened the way for investment in various sectors." And he indicated, "The opportunity is ripe for the Egyptian private sector to create a partnership with its Iraqi counterpart, which is supported by the state at all levels." Al-Sudani spoke of "a continuous influx of investors and international companies to Iraq, and the government is keen on the presence of Egyptian companies." Al-Sudani indicated that “the transformations and changes taking place in the region at all levels are an additional factor for Iraq and Egypt to play a pivotal role in achieving stability,” stressing that “Iraq’s security and stability are part of Egypt’s security, and vice versa.” He stressed "the need for continued consultations and communication between ministers and security officials at this stage to achieve stability." Al-Sudani went on to "Iraq's support for Egyptian initiatives towards various issues in Libya, and more recently in Sudan, as well as the principled position on the Palestinian issue." For his part, Madbouly said, "This tripartite budget presented by the Iraqi government includes important steps in the reconstruction and provision of services in Iraq." Madbouly stressed the importance of "joint work with Iraq and the depth of the ties that bind Egypt and Iraq." He stressed "the need for continued consultations and communication between ministers and security officials at this stage to achieve stability." Al-Sudani went on to "Iraq's support for Egyptian initiatives towards various issues in Libya, and more recently in Sudan, as well as the principled position on the Palestinian issue." For his part, Madbouly said, "This tripartite budget presented by the Iraqi government includes important steps in the reconstruction and provision of services in Iraq." Madbouly stressed the importance of "joint work with Iraq and the depth of the ties that bind Egypt and Iraq." He stressed "the need for continued consultations and communication between ministers and security officials at this stage to achieve stability." Al-Sudani went on to "Iraq's support for Egyptian initiatives towards various issues in Libya, and more recently in Sudan, as well as the principled position on the Palestinian issue." For his part, Madbouly said, "This tripartite budget presented by the Iraqi government includes important steps in the reconstruction and provision of services in Iraq." Madbouly stressed the importance of "joint work with Iraq and the depth of the ties that bind Egypt and Iraq."[/size]
