    Shafaq News/ The head of the "Parliamentary National Support" bloc, MP Mortada Al-Saadi, addressed the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, regarding a proposal to ban homosexuality.



    In an official letter issued by Representative Al-Saadi, addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, titled “Proposal for the Prohibition of Homosexuality”, it was stated that, based on the provisions of Article II of the Constitution and the provisions of Article 121 of the internal system of Parliament No. For the purpose of presenting it on the Council’s agenda for the first reading in the second legislative term.
