Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Interior announced the neutralization of currency smuggling operations by issuing credit cards, while warning that issuing more than one card for the purpose of buying dollars is against the law.
The director of operations to combat organized crime affiliated with the ministry, Brigadier General Hussein al-Tamimi, said, “The Directorate of Operations to Combat Organized Crime managed to control currency smuggling operations from Iraq,” noting that “the directorate managed to seize one billion dollars, and more than 3 billion dinars, since mid-January.” the past until now.”
