    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

    The Strategic Planning and Federal Service Committee discussed with the Federal Public Service Council the transfer of top graduates between ministries and government institutions.

    The Federal Public Service Council said in a press statement: “A meeting of the Strategic Planning and Federal Service Committee was held in the building of the Iraqi Parliament, in which it hosted the head of the Federal Public Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, pointing out that, "during the meeting, extensive discussions took place about the preparations of the Public Service Council." To implement its tasks that are included in the provisions of the Federal General Budget Law for the years (2025, 2024, 2023) No. (13) for the year 2023.

    On the other hand, the Committee commended the "efforts made by the Service Council in accomplishing the tasks entrusted to it by adopting professional standards and using the latest electronic technologies that ensure transparency and equality in the service provision."

    She pointed to "the need to support the council and enable it to proceed with the completion of all tasks under the text of Article (9) of its Law No. (4) of 2009."

    The committee urged the various state institutions to "take advantage of the electronic database that the council was able to build during the short period of starting its work."[/rtl]
