Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani inaugurated, on Monday, the Higher Institute for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders, in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
Al-Sudani said during the inauguration, according to a statement of his office, which was received by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the importance of raising the level of individual performance at the level of departments, and the importance of engaging in training programs for all levels of leadership administrative staff, in line with the requirements of the government program in economic and administrative reform and fighting corruption."
The statement added, "The institute specializes in raising the capabilities and basic skills of regulars, and also contributes to maintaining the continuous development of the capabilities of workers in leadership positions, keeping abreast of developments in various scientific fields, meeting the needs of public service institutions and developing their capabilities to provide the best services to the Iraqi citizen."
