The Prime Minister inaugurates the Higher Institute for the Preparation and Rehabilitation of Leaders

In a new step towards achieving administrative reform, Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani inaugurated, yesterday, Monday, the Higher Institute for the Preparation and Qualification of Leaders, in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
In his speech during the opening ceremony of the Institute, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of raising the level of individual performance at the level of departments, and the importance of engaging in training programs for all levels of leadership administrative staff, in line with the requirements of the government program in economic and administrative reform and fighting corruption.
According to the statement of the Prime Minister’s Office, “the institute specializes in raising the capabilities and basic skills of regulars, and also contributes to maintaining the continuous development of the capabilities of workers in leadership positions, keeping abreast of developments in various scientific fields, meeting the needs of public service institutions and developing their capabilities to provide the best services to the Iraqi citizen.” ".
For his part, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Al-Ghazi, said in his speech at the celebration: "The inauguration of the Higher Institute came to develop the staff with the necessary skills," noting that "the training institutes are among the most important steps for the advancement of institutions."
He added, "The opening of the Higher Institute is a good step to discover talents and motivate the trainees to discover and develop their skills, in addition to providing them with strategic tools."
And he added, "The Higher Institute for Leadership Development will be a pioneer in providing distinguished programs," stressing "the keenness to implement this vision."
He pointed out that "this institute is a new step in building the capacity of leaders and discovering and developing talents," noting that "the institute offers the necessary programs to develop the work performance of advanced staff."
