Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhibis Al-Saadawi, warned today, Friday, drivers of private transport vehicles against raising the prices of transporting visitors to Karbala Governorate.
The ministry stated, in a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, that "the Minister of Transport, Razzaq Muhibis al-Saadawi, arrived in Basra Governorate to supervise plans to send visitors to Karbala by the ministry's formations."
And she added, "Al-Saadawi, accompanied by the governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, and a number of officials in the ministry and the governorate, inspected the border crossings to follow up on the visitor promotion process undertaken by the ministry's formations."
And she pointed out, "The Minister of Transport warned against raising the prices of transporting visitors to the holy city of Karbala by the drivers of private transport vehicles," pointing out that he "praised the level of services provided by the Hussainiya processions to the visitors."
It stated that "the minister continued the process of promoting visitors at the Shalamcheh-Basra railway link, and confirmed the ministry's mobilization to serve the visitors of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him)." Ended 29 / H
