    Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: Today, Friday, the Integrity Commission announced the implementation of control operations in the health departments, municipalities, and real estate registration in the holy city of Karbala.
    The commission said in a statement, "The Investigation Department announced the implementation of operations to control cases of manipulation, forgery and negligence in the real estate registration, health and municipal departments and the College of Administration and Economics in Karbala."
    She indicated, “The team of the Karbala Investigation Office has moved to the Real Estate Registration Directorate in the governorate. To investigate the violations committed by the Second Real Estate Registration Directorate, indicating the seizure of a transaction file for the sale of a property; Although there is a “falsified” added entry in it.
    And she added, “In the Karbala Health Department, violations committed by the Human Resources Division were monitored, represented by negligence and failure to follow up on administrative orders for the placement of a doctor to work in a private hospital eight years ago, although it is not permissible to place a placement from a government hospital to a private one.” That “the doctor did not work during that period in government hospitals, noting that he receives his salary from the governorate health department.”
    And she continued, “The team noticed that the head of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Karbala committed a number of violations,” pointing out that “he destroyed the examination books of postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD) without organizing records of destruction, in addition to the presence of scratching, deletion, and loss.” Some pages in the records, and changing the number of exam units.
    And she explained, “It was discovered that the former director of Al-Hur Municipality intentionally harmed one of the female employees working as a “daily wage worker.” For unjustly terminating her services, and after returning her to the job, he issued an order to start her on (9/12/2019), contrary to reality; For the purpose of depriving it of benefiting from Resolution (315) regarding the installation of contractors before the date (10/2/2019); This led to the loss of her right to be confirmed like her peers.”
