    On Tuesday, the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee set the date for voting on the National Security Apparatus Law, confirming that the law is ready for voting during the upcoming parliamentary sessions.

    Committee member Hussein Al-Amiri said in an interview with Al-Ma’louma Agency, “Approving the Iraqi National Security Service law will contribute to defining its tasks and responsibilities and guaranteeing the rights of its members.”
    He added, "The Security and Defense Committee has completed all comments on the National Security Law," noting that "the law will be put to a vote during the upcoming sessions."
    He pointed out that "there are other security laws that the committee seeks to present to a vote," stressing "the Council's determination to legislate the National Security Law to define its responsibilities and tasks."
    The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee confirmed the readiness of three laws for voting during the upcoming parliamentary sessions, including the National Security Law. Ended / 25 h
