MP: National Alliance will vote for the nomination of al-Obeidi or al-Jabri, for the Defense after the agreement on naming the Minister of Interior

BAGHDAD / NINA / MP, for the Badr Bloc, Razak al-Haidari said the candidates of the Iraqi forces coalition / Jaber al-Jabri and Khalid al-Obeidi / are the most acceptable to the components of the National Alliance and the closest to take over the defense ministry in the ministerial cab.
He stressed that the agreement within the National Alliance on the nominate of the Interior Minister will lead automatically to pass the Iraqi forces coalition's candidate for the Ministry of Defense.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / The National Alliance will vote for any of the candidates of the Iraqi forces coalition for the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, whether Jaber al-Jabri, or Khalid al-Obeidi, without obstacles as being acceptable and there is no reservations impede the agreement to pass any of them.
Haidari said there is legal obstacles to re-nominate Jaber al-Jabri, therefore the matter has been referred to the legal advisers in the House of Representatives, stressing that the National Alliance will vote to pass the nomination of Jabri if the dilemma, concerning his re-nomination resolved as well as with Khalid al-Obeidi, if he is nominated by the Iraqi forces coalition officially.
About nominating the resigned Finance Minister in the previous government, Rafie al-Issawi MP, of Badr said al-Issawi is wanted and if his innocence proven, there is nothing to prevent his candidacy, calling the components of the Alliance of Iraqi forces to nominate a candidate for the Defense Ministry has admissibility to be passed in the parliament. / End
