    Baghdad today - Baghdad
The Federal Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit against Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani regarding oil exported to Jordan.
According to documents obtained by “Baghdad Today”, a copy said, “On May 29, 2023, the Federal Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed against Prime Minister Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani regarding oil exported to Jordan.”
The court noted that “its jurisdiction is specified in Articles 52 and 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq for the year 2005, and does not include examining the constitutionality of agreements concluded by the Council of Ministers without them taking the form of law.”
