Today, Monday, the Central Bank of Iraq set new limits for filling prepaid cards known as prepaid.
The Central Bank sent a letter to banks and electronic payment companies, and Al-Iqtisad News obtained a copy of it, stating that the maximum limit for the card balance is 10 million dinars.
He added, "The ceiling for withdrawals from ATM machines inside Iraq is 2 million dinars, or what is determined by the entity that owns the ATM, and that it does not exceed the monthly card balance."
