    Al-Husseini said in an interview with “Baghdad Today” that “the approval of more than 30 laws by the House of Representatives in light of the stormy challenges and crises it went through represents an achievement, in addition to the fact that this came in exceptional circumstances, especially with the repeated political blockage, which is the strongest within the body of the Iraqi state.” Until now".
    He added, "The amount of pressure that the House of Representatives and its members are exposed to is so great that even the demand for a third role for students causes demonstrations to take place in front of the House and the offices of the representatives, even though the matter is subject to the powers of an executive ministry," pointing out that "there are several parties that tried to overthrow the legislative institution in various ways."
