The Legal Committee in the House of Representatives announced, today, Wednesday, the start of amending the Penal Code to complete its second reading.
The Council’s Media Department stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, “The Legal Committee held a meeting headed by Rebwar Hadi and attended by a number of its members to discuss the draft law amending the Penal Code No. (111) of 1969 as amended, and the report of the draft Law of the Property Claims Commission No. (13).” For the year 2010.”
He added that the committee "is seeking to include them on the agenda of the parliamentary session for the second reading."
