    Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed today  Saturday,  that the government has taken a decision to determine Iraq's relations with countries by the extent of their cooperation in recovering stolen funds, those convicted of stealing public money and those wanted by the Iraqi judiciary.
    The Prime Minister's Media Office stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received, at his residence in Munich, the US Deputy Attorney General, Lisa Monaco, on the sidelines of his participation in the Munich Security Conference 2024." .
    The statement added, "During the meeting, they discussed the importance of strengthening legal and judicial cooperation between Iraq and the United States of America, on many issues."
    The Prime Minister referred to "the government's steps and procedures in the field of combating corruption," noting that "the government has taken to determining Iraq's relations with countries by the extent of their cooperation in recovering stolen funds, those convicted of stealing public money and those wanted by the Iraqi judiciary."
