    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

The Kurdistan Democratic Party is trying to push some political parties close to it in the region to declare positions rejecting the decisions of the Federal Court regarding the salaries of the region's employees, the election law, and others, under the pretext of undermining the constitutional entity of the Kurdistan region.[/rtl]

[rtl]In this regard, a member of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Ghayath Al-Surji, confirms that the decisions of the Federal Court related to the region's election law and linking the distribution of salaries to Baghdad banks are fair to the oppressed class in Kurdistan.[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Sourji said in a press interview, “The decisions of the Federal Court are not subject to appeal and have become enforceable for everyone, so other parties must abide by them,” noting that “the objecting parties may have their interests exposed to danger “[/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Sourji stated, “Most parties in the region welcomed the federal decisions, with the exception of the Democratic Party and some other parties,” pointing out that “a segment of employees felt joy and reassurance after the decision to link their salaries to the center’s banks.”[/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy that the Federal Court had previously issued a number of decisions, the most prominent of which related to the election law and the abolition of quota seats, in addition to obliging the central government to settle the salaries of Kurdistan employees with federal banks.[/rtl]
